3. How well is it insulated?

Shipping containers are made for cargo, not comfort — without insulation, they get boiling hot in summer and freezing in winter.

5. What’s required on my property before delivery?

You’ll need to prep your land before your unit arrives.
Ask:

• Do I need a concrete slab or footings?

• How wide does access need to be for delivery?

6. How does delivery and installation work?

Modular homes need to be delivered with a truck (often a tilt tray or crane).
Ask:

• Is delivery included in the price?

• How far do you deliver?

• Do you use local transport or manage it yourself?
