JULIET Series modules come in 3 different sizes - standard, large and extra large. If you need a building larger than a single module, we simply add modules together. There's almost no limit to what size modular building we can create!
Standard: 6 x 2.4m

Modular Design for Container Homes and Granny Flats
The JULIET Series of container homes are based off the base 20ft long JULIET1 unit which when joined together, can provide a much larger living footprint. There is no limit to how many units you decide to join together, so customization possibilities truly are endless. Units are delivered pre-assembled from our headquarters and require footings to be constructed beforehand. Perfect for a granny flat, temporary worker accommodation, teenagers retreat and more with easy transport and setup.

MODULAR HOMES DELIVERY PROCESS
1. Preparing Site
Construction of footings, ensuring they are level for the install of your JULIET Modular home.
2. Delivery
Modular home is delivered to the site and placed onto footings via crane.
3. Connect
If installing multiple units, connections are made at the corners of each unit to pull them together, then the modular walls are removed from inside. Weather sealing/capping is also added from inside.
4. Options
Options can be added on and fitted in after container home is set up, such as water tanks, septic, solar, satellite, etc. Furniture and appliances can be added inside the container home.

DELIVERY METHODS FOR OUR MODULAR HOMES
Semi Trailer
Large Semi Trailer truck that includes its own crane. This option includes the container home being loaded onto the truckbed at our warehouse, transported and loaded off. The most economical option for long distances.
Franna Crane
Either Franna crane or a fixed crane on-site, this method is used for lifting the container home on and off the chosen method of transport. Larger container homes will require larger and heavier cranes.
Crane Truck
Large crane truck/Hiab which lifts container homes on and off the truckbed, and can place unit onto footings.
