HOW IT'S MADE

Walls & ceiling

75mm EPS galvanised steel & polystyrene sandwich panels for the walls and ceiling for superior insulation, within a heavy duty galvanised steel frame.

Floor & trim

18mm Fibre cement board base subfloor pre-fitted to frame. Grey PVC flooring pre-fitted onto subfloor. Fitted with ceiling and floor skirt board trim and corner trim capping.

Windows & doors

Double glazed tempered glass windows & flyscreen, pre-fitted in white aluminium frames. Fitted with standard aluminium door, optional upgrade of tempered glass sliding doors.

Plumbing and electrical

Pre-fitted with Aus. standards approved cabling, power points, switches and box. Includes 50A rear input and round LED oyster lights with light switches. Plumbing inlets and outlets are pre-fitted.

Modular Design

The JULIET Series of container units are based off the base 20ft long JULIET1 unit which when joined together, can provide a much larger living footprint. There is no limit to how many units you decide to join together, so customization possibilities truly are endless. Units are delivered pre-assembled from our headquarters and require footings to be constructed beforehand.

INSTALLATION

1. Preparing Site

Construction of footings, ensuring they are level for install.

2. Delivery

Unit is delivered to the site and placed onto footings via crane.

3. Connect

If installing multiple units, connections are made at the corners of each unit to pull them together, then the modular walls are removed from inside. Weather sealing/capping is also added from inside.

4. Options

Options can be added on and fitted in after unit is set up, such as water tanks, septic, solar, satellite, etc. Furniture and appliances can be added inside the unit.

Transportable

Our container units are available all across Australia, and can be shipped to your site, wherever it may be. Get in touch with us today to find out more about your shipping options.

DELIVERY METHODS

Flatbed

Either flatbed or large truck and trailer, this option includes the unit being loaded onto the truckbed at our warehouse, and a crane being required on-site for the unit to be loaded off. The most economical option for long distances.

Franna Crane

Either Franna crane or a fixed crane on-site, this method is used for lifting the unit on and off the chosen method of transport. Larger units will require larger and heavier cranes.

Crane Truck

Large crane truck/Hiab which lifts units on and off the truckbed, and can place unit onto footings.
