What is the lifespan of an expandable home?

We offer 3 year warranty for the interior, and 5 year warranty for the exterior of our expandable container homes.

Units that have been installed in deviation from our installation guides will not be warranted.

For example, if your besser block footings are not level when installing your unit(s) and water leakage occurs, this does not fall under warranty.
