Thinking about buying a container home? We’ve answered the most common questions we get—from cost and design to durability and sustainability—to help you make an informed choice.
Expandable Series:
Our VIOLET & STELLA container homes require 4 or more people to expand. If you’re not comfortable managing the expansion yourself, we recommend hiring a certified builder to assist with the process.
For local customers, our team may also be able to provide installation support, please contact us for more details.
Modular Series:
Our JULIET Series modular container homes are delivered ready for placement on your pre-prepared footings.
As with the Expandable Series, we may also be able to assist local customers with installation, please reach out to our team for more information.
To complete the installation of your container home, you will need to engage licensed tradespeople for essential services, including:
- Connecting utilities (water, electricity, sewerage, etc.)
- Securing the unit to its footings
- Final internal fit-out (where applicable)
These steps are required to ensure your home complies with local building regulations and provides a safe, fully functional living space.
Our container homes can be tailored to suit your lifestyle and preferences, with a range of customisations designed to make off-grid living possible. All of our homes can be customised for an additional cost with the JULIET series being the most customisable due to its modular design.
Available customisations include:
- Floor plan variations
- Kitchen layout options
- Bedroom and living space configurations
- Choice of bedroom numbers
- Colour schemes and finishes
Contact our team with your specific requirements, and we’ll provide you with an affordable, tailored solution.
