How do I know if my site is suitable for a container home?

Providing an affordable, sustainable living solution for all Australians to a high standard is our mission.

In order to have a container home there is no need to spend thousands of dollars on landscaping or concreting to prepare the site, the only requirement is to set up footings from besser blocks to hold the container home level.

We provide a footings template, footings measurements, and deployment instructions to all of our customers to make this process as simple and cost effective as possible.

Another factor to consider is the accessibility of your delivery site. Our container homes need to be transported on trucks which means that rough terrain will cause challenges in deployment. Possible accessibility issues include steep hills, sharp turns, lush rural areas, powerlines, street access in suburban areas (houses in the way), off road tracks, mud and other wet terrain. It is of utmost importance that we are provided with an address to reference Google Maps or images from you as a potential customer.

Our containers will need to be lifted off at the site from a crane. This means that organising a crane at your deployment site is crucial to beginning your installation.

As long as you are able to successfully organise your footings with easy access for a truck to deliver the unit and a crane to lift it onto your footings then you will be minutes away from expanding your very own container home.
