Ordering Process
1. Explore Our Range
Take a look at what we have to offer you and develop an idea of how we can assist you. Our range of affordable living solutions can be tailored to your specific needs.
2. Let Us Know Your Needs
Fill out a free quote form after exploring our range to let us know what solutions best suit you and we can provide pricing and freight advice.
3. Reserve A Unit
Once we generate a quote for you and you approve the selection of units and home options we request a 20% deposit of the unit cost to reserve allocation of a unit or to put a custom unit into production.
4. Prepare Site
After reserving your unit, you can begin to build the footings/piers for your modular unit. Once your site is prepared arrangements for balance payment and freight to your site can be made.
5. Unit Delivered
Once your site is prepared you will then make your final balance and freight payment. We will work with you and the freight provider to coordinate a shipment date that suits you best. We will load onto the chosen transport however once arrived at your site you may require additional cranes to lift off from the truck.
6. Install and Fit Out
Expansion of your VIOLET Series container home can be completed in a number of short hours with at least 6 able bodied people. All electrical and plumbing connections MUST be installed by a certified tradesperson. JULIET Series models may take less people to set up.
